Damaged of Faulty Items

Should an item arrive damaged or faulty, please contact Evergreene within 24 hours or receiving your order via hello@evergreene.au. Please include an image of the damaged item so we can review the issue and either provide a replacement or refund. In some instances, we will request the item be returned to us at which time a refund or replacement will not be issues until we have received the items.


Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as Evergreene does not offer refunds on items due to change of mind, or an incorrect choice. As some of our items are vintage and one-of-a-kind, please thoroughly review the product details and listing in full before completing a purchase. As items can slightly vary in size and finish due to either their handmade or vintage nature, you are welcome to contact us via hello@evergreene.au for individual product photos prior to purchase should this assist.

Evergreene will offer a credit note for all change of mind purchases, under the following conditions:

  • We must be notified of your intention to return the items within 24 hours of you receiving them;
  • Item must be returned within 7 days of notifying us of your intention to return;
  • Item must be in its original condition and packaging, with any and all tags attached;
  • Item is not damaged, used, washed, marked or otherwise.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Evergreene recommends you consider insurance for your goods as we cannot guarantee they will reach us and ensure tracking is included.
  • A 10% restocking fee will apply.

Evergreene may use its discretion for an order cancellation request prior to an order being shipped. If permission is granted for such a request, a 10% restocking fee will apply.  To request an order cancellation prior to an order being shipped, please send an email to hello@evergreene.au with your Order details and an explanation as to why you wish to cancel your order.
